The Conditions of Our Ski Boot Comfort Guarantee
• The ski boot Guarantee is valid for two years from the date of purchase,
• The Ski Boots must have been purchased from Snowtogs, assessed and fitted by a Snowtogs boot fitter.
• A new custom insole or an off the shelf insole is essential to the fit of the new boots and is required to qualify for the Ski Boot Guarantee.
• In the case of any problems, you must provide us with adequate opportunity to examine, adjust and re-fit the ski boots
• The boots in question must not have been unreasonably worn, damaged, abused or used other than for the purpose intended.
• The guarantee is valid for the fit of your ski boots. This does not cover wear and tear, changes in requirements (e.g. requiring increased performance or ability) or changes to your foot shape.This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Snow Togs is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Acceptance of the Goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

All warranties offered are the manufacturers warranties and not that of Snow Togs

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refunds & Returns
For shop purchases we offer a 7 day refund policy, this excludes fitted ski boots and fitted skis. If you return an item after this time, we will offer to exchange the item for a similar priced item or offer a credit note. (maximum of 21 days after purchase)
Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached, unless faulty.
Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
