Not all products/sizes are available all through the season (especially near the end). Please phone before making a journey if you require a specific item / size.Whilst internet sales are important to our company we still believe in ‘old fashioned’ service in our shop where you can expect a friendly ‘no hard sell’ welcome… WE TEST PRODUCTS SO WE CAN ADVISE CORRECTLY!

You should expect a boot fit to last between 1 and 2 hours
What is your return policy ?
Refunds & Returns
For shop purchases we offer a 7 day refund policy. if you return a item after this time we will offer to exchange the item for a similar priced item or offer a credit note. (maximum of 21 days after purchase)
Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty.
Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
