How a fitting works

From foot scan to first run…

A boot fitting takes real time, done properly. Here’s what happens along the way.

  1. 01

    Talk

How you ski, where you go, and any trouble you’ve had with boots before.

  2. 02

    Scan & measure

A 3D foot scan shows length, width, arch and instep — the shape of your foot, not just its size.

  3. 03

    Try shells

We pick boots that suit that shape and how you ski, and you try them on properly.

  4. 04

    Mould & adjust

Liners heat-moulded to your feet. Pressure points stretched or ground out.

  5. 05

    Walk out sorted

Boots fitted to your feet, ready for the mountain. Fitted properly, not just sold.

Why appointment only? We only do a handful of fittings a day, so every appointment gets the time it needs — no queue, no rush, no one waiting behind you.

Every pair we fit comes with our two-year Boot Fit Guarantee.
