Email us and tell us what’s going on — where it hurts, when it started. We’ll book you in for an adjustment.
- Bring them in
Bring your boots, your footbeds and the socks you ski in, so we can see exactly what your feet are doing.
- We sort it
We’ll find the cause and do the work — stretch, grind, re-mould or re-fit — then check it with you.
The fair print
- The guarantee lasts two years from the date you bought your boots.
- Your boots must have been bought from SnowTogs, and assessed and fitted by a SnowTogs boot fitter.
- A new footbed — custom or off-the-shelf — is an essential part of the fit, and is needed for the guarantee to apply. About footbeds
- If there’s a problem, you need to bring your boots in and give us a fair chance to examine, adjust and re-fit them.
- The boots mustn’t have been unreasonably worn, damaged, misused, or used for anything other than skiing.
What it doesn’t cover
- Normal wear and tear
- Faults with the boot itself — those are covered by your legal rights and the manufacturer’s warranty
- Wanting a different boot as your skiing changes — say, a stiffer, higher-performance boot
- Changes in the shape of your feet
- Boots bought elsewhere — though we’re happy to work on them at our workshop prices
